Stress is the leading cause of health issues, contributes arguing and fighting in relationships, reduces productivity, can manifest as depression, and is responsible for an overall dissatisfaction with life.

Workplace stress costs U.S. employers an estimated $200 billion per year in absenteeism, lower productivity, staff turnover, workers' compensation, medical insurance and other stress-related expenses. Considering this, stress management may be business's, and Human Resources, most important challenge of the 21st century.

Lighten Up will:

  • Accurately define the meaning of stress
  • Provide a clear understanding of where and how it originates
  • Distinguish between the ROOT cause and the triggers
  • Identify the warning signs of excessive and negative stress
  • Differentiate between temporary and chronic stress
  • Teach the "4 S's of Stress Reduction" and more than two dozen all natural no cost activities guaranteed to reduce anxiety
