Vivian has been assessing HR departments for 4 years in small to mid-size business as part of Chadler’s HR Solutions Division. She conducts in depth assessments to examine the HR foundation of the organization as well as HR and management practice. This seminar reviews the top 10 common errors or missteps that she finds in HR departments. Vivian will review not only these top 10 errors, but address these errors with common sense solutions and approaches so that the HR department is not only legally compliant but effective.
